How to Use

1. Clean and dry the skin before application (avoid lotion, oil, or perfume).
2. Gently apply the patch, pressing flat for secure adhesion.
3. After use, wash with lukewarm water or mild soap, and air-dry in a shaded, ventilated area.
4. Store in the provided pouch or case to maintain shape and adhesiveness.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash only, do not machine wash.
• Do not use alcohol, bleach, or harsh cleansers.
• Store away from direct sunlight or heat to preserve adhesive quality.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons,intimate and adhesive products (including nipple patches and undergarments) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or tried on.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels and protective films intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt, along with the original proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been inspected and approved.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, in accordance with your statutory rights.

• Please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and the correct return address before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as ordered.

• For hygiene reasons, any item that has been opened, used, or shows signs of wear cannot be returned.
• If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
